Simply Green Day Spa welcomes walk-ins upon availability. The Simply Green Day Spa staff understands your needs, and will accommodate your budget & schedule.
To secure available time and services, we recommend you schedule an appointment in advance due to the popularity of our services. Credit card details are required for booking.
Please inform the front desk if you have a voucher or gift card so that the spa can advise you of any policy that may affect it.
To better service you and your guest, we ask that you check in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to unwind and fill out any forms as needed while we help you coordinate your appointment better.
We apologize in advance for any late arrivals. Late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of services provided. Your appointment time will be cut short do to other appointments. All late arrivals will be responsible for the full price of the services you booked.
Your appointment is very important to us at Simply Green Day Spa, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and 48 hours for party of three or more. Late minute cancellations will be subject to a fee of 100% of your scheduled services.
Missed Appointments or “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the original service booked. Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the full services you requested. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time and you will be responsible for the full service appointment fees. However, we understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in best way we can.
Our spa welcomes young guests (children) ages 3 and up with a parent / guardian present for nail care services. For other services such as Massage, Facials and Waxing the young guest is recommended to be 16 years of age. The young guest must be accompanied and approved by a parent / guardian present. Parents / Guardian are responsible for any damages done by the young guest. Yes we do require a parent or guardian present to accompany the young guest for services.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted by spa personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity should be given to the technicians directly if available or at the reception desk when you check out. Simply let the receptionist knows who you like to leave the gratuity to. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18% to 25% of the service fee.
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service.
Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift card / promos. Please provide the gift card / promos number when making your appointments. Guests must present your gift card / promos to redeem your services. Gift card / promos will not be extended beyond the expiration date. Simply Green Day Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed, gift card / promos and if altered it will be void. Gift card / promos are not transferable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash or credit.
A full service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
If you are not satisfied with your assigned nail technicians, esthetician or massage therapist, please notify the front desk within the first ten minutes of your services. The front desk will try to make rearrangement to better meet your needs.
Refund and rearrangements will not be accommodated after the first ten minutes of the services.
There are No Refunds on all Packages and Memberships sold. All Packages and Memberships can NOT be shared or traded for other services.
Simply Green Day Spa reserves the right to change Spa rules, regulations, or service and pricing at any time.
Simply Green Day Spa retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
We’ve researched and tested all of the product lines we sell to make sure they meet our highest standards. Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on merchandise that are unused and unopened in the original packaging within 3-days from date of purchase. Returns will be made for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid.
Simply Green Day Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles or items left behind in our premises. You are responsible for your own belongings. Please double check everything before you leave.

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical complications, please explain your medical condition to our receptionist and therapist.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform Simply Green Day Spa of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc if necessary.
As you may know, as of March 1st, 2015, Oakland minimum wage increased from $9 to
$12.25 per hour and is now increase to $13.50 starting January 1st, 2016. We fully
support this increase. Many businesses have raised their prices reluctantly, however, we
believe we have found a unique way to keep our prices low and even offer a discount in
Starting January 1st, 2020, there will be a $3.00 service charge on each service excluding retail items, gift cards, non-expiring spa packages and memberships. However, we will
waive the service charge and give a $1 discount if you pay for your services in cash-for a
total of $4.00 cash discount. Currently, the credit card processor charges us and average
of 2.85% or more per transaction. If we can save on some of these merchant fees, we can pass the savings to our loyal members and guests.
