The Simply Green Day Spa staff understands your needs, and will accommodate your budget & schedule. We are here to relax away the soreness from your body, relieve the stress from your mind and release the weight from your spirit. Please tell us if you have pain or discomfort area that we can address, or any area that needs special attention. We are here to give you the royal treatment you desire!

Please remember that you are in a professional foot spa, and do not expect anything other than therapeutic massage and foot reflexology.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service.

Gift Certificates can not be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash value.

The Simply Green Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to the team members of Simply Green Day Spa, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 12 hours of notice for cancellations and 24 hours for party of two or more.

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment.

Missed Appointments or “No-Shows” will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.

Late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Groups and Parties – a non refundable reservation fee of $30 will be charged if you cancel your appointment (this is in addition of our 12-hr cancellation policy). If you keep your appointment no additional fees will be charged. Unfortunately we are experiencing a lot of clients that are no shows. This causes our massage therapists to lose out on opportunity to serve other clients. Cancellation of services for parties of 5 or more requires at least 48 hours advance notice.

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. (If driving, allow 15 minutes for parking). This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our treatments to your personal needs, and to relax before beginning your services.

We value your patronage at Simply Green Day Spa, if there is an area at which we can improve,
please let us know, we always appreciate your feedback, comments, and compliments.

We recommend that no jewelries should be worn at the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa.

 

Special Considerations:

Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical complications, please explain your medical condition to your therapist.

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc if necessary.


As you may know, as of March 1st, 2015, Oakland minimum wage increased from $9 to
$12.25 per hour and is scheduled to increase to $12.55 starting January 1st, 2016. We fully
support this increase. Many businesses have raised their prices reluctantly, however, we
believe we have found a unique way to keep our prices low and even offer a discount in
most cases.

Starting January 1st, 2016, there will be a $2.50 service charge on each service excluding retail items, gift cards, non-expiring spa packages and memberships. However, we will
waive the service charge and give a $1 discount if you pay for your services in cash-for a
total of $3.50 cash discount. Currently, the credit card processor charges us and average
of 2.75% or more per transaction. If we can save on some of these merchant fees, we can pass the savings to our loyal members and guests.
